Figure 45 min-1 hour per lap Elevation gain: 382 feet/lap (easy – few climbs) Physical Difficulty: 2/5 (very little climbing, winding terrain limits overall speeds) Technical Difficulty: 3/5 (man made obstacles provide some fun challenges, but overall not technically difficult.
